Please see the signs at the pool for the full rules; a quick reminder -

* The pool is "swim at your own risk" — the association does hire lifeguards for some hours but assumes no liability.

PLEASE DO NOT ADJUST THE DBS GATE or Boat Ramp Gates
Please do not make any adjustments to the slack in the chain that opens the gate to the Dry Boat Storage. The chain requires a specific amount of slack and play to function properly otherwise the gate will malfunction and stick halfway open and stall. If you think the gate needs adjustment or any other maintenance, please contact a member of the DBS committee.

Winslow Bay Spring Party!
The spring community party will be Saturday, May 12th from 3pm to 6:30pm at the clubhouse.
The band Ultra Style will be performing live, and food will be provided by Hooters and Red Robin. Windstream will be present to answer any questions you have about their service, as well as the Mooresville Fire and Police Departments.
Special thanks to Charles Parker of Liberty Mutual for sponsoring the food and pulling everything together.
IMPORTANT: If you plan to attend, please RSVP by emailing winslowbay@winslowbay.org stating your name, address, phone number, and how many people you will be bringing. It is imperative that we get a head count in advance so the food providers know how much food to bring.

PLEASE PICK UP YOUR DOG Doo!
The community is having a problem with individuals not picking up after their dogs. That is not acceptable and it is against the law in North Carolina; General Statute § 14-399, subject to a $100 fine and up to 12 hours of community service. The Association has placed three disposal containers and provides bags for residents to pick up and dispose of their animal's waste.
The Board of Directors has approved a $50.00 fine for each time a individual is witnessed not picking up after their dog. Residents may report any violations by emailing or calling a Board member: winslowbayhoa@gmail.com. All those reporting will be kept confidential.
Please be a good member of our community and pick up after your dog.
Thank you

PLEASE KEEP YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CURRENT
Email is the method by which you will receive DBS and HOA news, so it is important that you keep your email address current with both the Winslow Bay HOA and the DBS Committee. The DBS committee maintains a separate mailing distribution list for communications exclusive targeted to DBS space holders so that other WB residents are not bothered by emails that are not relevant to them.
ALL WB Residents: Please ensure that your email address is current by sending an email to winslowbay@winslowbay.org.
DBS Space Holders: Please email Jim Mason at jmonlkn@hotmail.com anytime your email address changes in addition to completing the update procedure for all WB residents above.
