 *****DRY BOAT STORAGE LOT*****
          TO CLOSE AT NIGHT

Due to past events and the recommend-
ation
of law enforcement, the Dry Boat Storage Lot will close from 10:00 PM until 5:30 AM. You must be out of the lot by 10:00 PM as the gate will shut down and the remote openers will not operate the gate.

NOTE: The time will not be adjusted for all daylight savings time, so on Sunday, November 2 the gate will close at 9:00pm until next spring.

NOTICE:
In an effort to keep the dry boat storage clean and in alignment with covenants, if you are storing any items besides a type of boat or vehicle you MUST contact Micheal Sullivan to get permission and a timeline for removal. In the event that permission was not
received, you will face having your items removed without notice with no liability to the HOA.  If there is any cost to the HOA for removal, the cost shall be billed to the owner by the HOA and will be subject to a property lien if not paid.

NOTICE:
It has come to our attention that someone using the boat storage area is manually pushing the gate open farther than is intended.

DO NOT PUSH THE GATE AS THIS CAUSES PROBLEMS WITH THE CLOSING MECHANISM AND REQUIRES A SERVICE CALL TO FIX IT.

ANYONE CAUGHT PUSHING THE GATE OPEN, ON THE FIRST INSTANCE WILL BE BILLED $50 FOR A SERVICE CALL.

ON THE SECOND INSTANCE YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM USING THE DRY BOAT STORAGE AREA...

Please contact Sully at sullivan183@gmail.com.

Please print and email the boat storage application or deliver the application with all of the required documents to Sully at the address given in email.

Gate remotes require a $35.00 refundable deposit, be sure to drop off a check with your forms.

If your gate opener is not working, replace the battery before contacting the HOA.
